The iPad 9 has a 10.2-inch Retina Display. The bezels are still thick and at the bottom there is a Home button that carries the Touch ID feature.
This tablet is powered by Apple A13 Bionic, the chipset used in the iPhone 11. Apple boasts that the iPad 9 has 3x faster performance than Chromebook laptops and 6x faster than Android tablets on the market.

To aid productivity, iPad 9 supports the first-generation Apple Pencil and smart keyboard. This tablet only provides two color options, namely silver and space gray.

The dimensions of the 2021 iPad Mini are similar to the previous generation. But the screen is more spacious, which is 8.3 inches. That's thanks to the adoption of thin bezels and the removal of the Home button.
