Netizens Learn to Make Croffles and Job Applications Through Google

Google has again revealed a series of topics that many internet users are looking for in the Year in Search 2021. For this year's Year in Search, Google sees a different search trend.

The year 2021 is a moment for people to bounce back in the midst of a pandemic, and this is reflected in the topics they search on Google.

The year 2021 is like a moment or time where the community is looking for a way to recover, for how I can recover, can get back up again. But the bounce back was tougher and really pivot, changing course at once.

Feliciana gave an example of this changing trend, which can be seen from the two categories in Year in Search 2021, namely the 'How to' and 'Recipe' categories.

The How to category is filled with topics related to career and personal development, such as how to write a job application letter, how to apply for a pre-employment card, and how to create a Google Form on a cellphone. Not only that, netizens who intend to become entrepreneurs are also looking for ways to sell online through Google.

In addition, in the Overall Trending Year in Search 2021 category, Google also listed several topics related to work that were most searched for and Google Translate.

Because it is still in a pandemic situation, netizens also spend a lot of time learning to cook and looking for new recipes on Google. If last year the trending food was dalgona coffee, now it's the turn of croffles which are sought after by netizens.

Other Google search results that are also relatable are how to lose weight and how to shrink a distended stomach. Apparently there are many netizens out there who have been staying at home for too long until they have gained weight.

If we looked at last year, it seems that we still have to adapt, it seems that we are still confused about what the changes are. But this year we really see it's time for all action.
