Samsung has confirmed that it will hold Galaxy Unpacked, but they haven't said exactly when the event will be held. However, leaks reveal the launch date of the Galaxy S22 and Galaxy Tab S8, which is February 9.
Again the leaker is Evan Blass. He just uploaded the Galaxy Unpacked invitation poster on his Twitter account @evleaks.
The invitation stated that the Galaxy Unpacked event will be held on February 9 at 15.00. It is not known what time the clock shows in which country, because the news so far says the launch of the Galaxy S22 and Tab S8 will be held on February 8th.
There is a big S in the poster, predictably this indicates what product will be released later. This is further strengthened by the Epic Standard tagline which seems to be handwritten.
According to the leak, Samsung will release three Galaxy S22 models, namely the standard Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22 Plus and Galaxy S22 Ultra. This last version is said to be the successor to the Galaxy Note.
Apart from the jumbo 6.8-inch screen, the design will be similar to the Galaxy Note. In addition, this phone has a slot for the S Pen stylus.
As before, Samsung will present the Galaxy S22 in two chipset variants, namely Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 and Exynos 2200. Due to the limited Exynos 2200 chipset, this South Korean vendor will expand the scope of Snapdragon 8 Gen 1.
