Currently, if a user wants to share Reels to Facebook, they must enable the 'Recommend on Facebook' option, then select the 'Turn on for this Reel' option. After that, users can try to share Reels on Facebook.
New guidelines in the Reels and Stories editors
Not only that, Instagram also wants to make the process of creating content on its platform easier. From the screenshot below, it can be seen that Instagram is improving the guide lines in the editor for Reels and Stories.

From the tweet above, it can be seen that Instagram is working on a 'Reply' button which will appear along with the 'Accept' and 'Decline' options when the user receives a voice or video call.
When users tap the 'Reply' button, they will see some default answers as well as the option to send a custom message.
Voice dialing option for business accounts without revealing phone number
So far, only personal users can make voice calls on Instagram. But Instagram is developing a voice calling feature for business accounts.

With this new feature, business accounts on Instagram can contact their customers via voice calls without having to reveal their phone number. When this feature is enabled, anyone can contact the business account via voice call.
Share live videos to Stories and off Instagram
Lastly, there is a new feature that allows users to share live videos as Stories and to platforms outside of Instagram.

From the screenshot below, there are two new options that appear if you want to share a live video, namely 'Share to Story' and 'Share externally'. This feature complements the existing 'share as post' option.
The 'Share externally' option allows users to share live videos outside of Instagram. However, it is currently unknown how this feature works.
