It was reported last week that starting in March all Marvel TV series on Netflix will be pulled altogether. However, for users who still haven't watched or want to re-watch the series, there's no need to worry because all the series just move 'home'.
According to a report from MobileSyrup that the Marvel series on Netflix will stop streaming on March 1 and will start showing on Disney Plus on March 16 but currently only in Canada.
This is also not surprising because Disney is the owner of Marvel, so of course films related to Marvel become exclusive shows on Disney Plus.
It was previously reported that Disney will withdraw Marvel films from Netflix such as Daredevil, Luke Cage, Jessica Jones, Iron Fist, Punisher, or The Defenders.
It is known that Netflix and Marvel have formed a partnership in 2012 with Daredevil premiering on Netflix in 2015 as reported by Ubergizmo, Saturday (26/2/2022).
It is not known in detail the contents of the contract between the two companies, including how to license the series to Netflix. Most likely, Netflix will lose their Marvel franchise forever.
Disney may want all of its franchises and copyrights back under its control, even though Netflix had a role in making this series.
