Valhalla is the newest game in the Assassin's Creed series, and this game is the first Assassin's Creed game to hit $1 billion in revenue.
In the Axios report, Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot revealed that Assassin's Creed Valhalla broke the game series' revenue record in a meeting with its investors.
Where does Valhalla's income come from? Like the Assassin's Creed game series, Valhalla is equipped with a marketplace to buy DLC containing various weapons, armor, and others.
Plus, this is a game that takes a long time to complete, at least 100 hours, if players want to see everything that is presented such as missions and so on, as quoted from Techspot, Monday (21/2/2022).
Then Valhalla's income also comes from two major expansions for this game, namely Wrath of the Druids and The Siege of Paris. Both expansions are part of the Season Pass, but can also be purchased separately.
Ubisoft will also release a new add on next March called Dawn of Ragnarok. This expansion, which contains 40 hours of gameplay, will greatly increase Valhalla, such as the presence of new features such as the ability to steal from enemies, players can turn into ravens, or can withstand various elemental effects.
In the same report Ubisoft also revealed a number of facts for their other games. As in Far Cry 6, players spend 45% longer than Far Cry 5.
