An Instagram celeb and fitness influencer has tragically passed away. He was shot in the head while watching a concert.
Cristina Vita Aranda is popular on Instagram with more than 560 thousand followers. She describes herself as a personal trainer for fitness, but she also works as a model and influencer on social media.
The followers were shocked because suddenly there was news that he had passed away. "One of Cristina's priorities is to be close to her followers. For those who want to say goodbye, they can come to the location," said Aranda's Instagram announcement.
Cristina Vita Aranda, was shot through the head by a bullet. He died shortly after being rushed to the hospital.
Doctors have tried everything to save his life, but to no avail.
He was caught in a gun battle that suddenly occurred in the VIP area of the concert, at the Jose Asuncion Flores Ampitheatre in Paraguay's capital, Asuncion. Currently, the police are still investigating how this horrific event could have happened.
Aranda is the wife of football player Ivan Torres who plays for Club Olimpia.
He is blessed with 3 adorable children.
Not long ago, Aranda announced they would be divorcing after 10 years of marriage.
Ivan was also present at the concert and helped take his wife to the hospital. The shootout was allegedly linked to a drug gang.
Apart from the Instagram celebrity, there were 4 people who were shot and are currently being treated in intensive care at the hospital.
"In the future it will be important to determine the motive for this action and also who the perpetrators are," said Paraguay's Interior Minister, Arnaldo Guzzio.
