The Indonesian National Police has officially introduced the cream colored Indonesian security guard uniform. On Twitter, the Indian Police immediately filled with praise and criticism of this new uniform.
The National Police introduced the new cream colored security guard uniform during the 41st security guard anniversary ceremony at the Bhayangkara field at the National Police Headquarters. Now, the new 2022 security guard uniform color is beige with brown pants.
Previously, the brown security guard uniform resembled a police uniform and confused the public. Karo Penmas of the Police Public Relations Division, Brigadier General Ahmad Ramadhan, explained that the color of the security guard uniform was changed so that it did not resemble the police.
The inauguration of the new security guard uniforms invited many comments from the Indonesian people. We monitored that, Wednesday (2/2/2022) Indian police became a trending topic on Indonesian Twitter.
There were 1,272 tweets about Indian Police comparing the new Indonesian security guard uniforms. Many netizens say the new security guard uniform is similar to the Indian police uniform color. There are also those who defend the security guard by saying that the Indian police uniform is the same as the Indonesian civil servant uniform, not the security guard uniform.
Even so, some tweets are compliments. While some are still criticizing because of this color.
