Apple is rumored to be stopping the iPhone Mini series, otherwise there will be no iPhone 14 Mini. But that doesn't mean Apple will no longer release the iPhone with a (relatively) small screen.
The iPhone Mini series is likely to be replaced by the iPhone 14 Max, as it seems that more consumers are interested in phones with large screens, we were quoted as saying by Phone Arena.
But according to an analyst named Ross Young, the Mini series will still be released in the form of the iPhone SE, aka the iPhone series at a more affordable price. But not the iPhone SE Plus 5G that may be released on March 8, which almost certainly uses the design of the iPhone 8.
The iPhone SE that Young is referring to is something completely new, at least in screen size, released after the iPhone SE Plus 5G. According to him, the successor will use the full iPhone 11 design, but with a smaller screen size.
The iPhone 11 itself has a screen size of 6.1 inches, so the iPhone SE will have a 5.7 inch screen, which has never been used on the iPhone before. So, the look will be similar to the iPhone 11 but the body is smaller. When will it be released?
If it follows the "schedule" of the current iPhone SE release, the iPhone SE with the new iPhone 11 design should be released in 2024. Because Apple currently releases the iPhone SE every two years (previously four years). However, the release could be faster, for example, if Apple wants to be more aggressive in working with the middle -class mobile phone market.
By using the design of the iPhone 11 complete with its notch, it can be assumed that the iPhone SE will be equipped with Face ID. The screen panel is likely to remain LCD, not OLED.
