Xiaomi Redmi 10 will be re-released, what's the difference?

Xiaomi is said to be preparing Redmi 10 for re-release. But what's different from the 2021 Redmi 10?

Rumors of this specification change have been spreading for some time, and the information keeps changing. For example a few months ago called Redmi 10 (2022) it will have the same camera system, namely a 50MP main camera and an 8MP ultrawide camera.

Now there are rumors based on a device with the code 21121119VL on Geekbench. This device uses a MediaTek MT6769H processor. This is the code for the Helio G88, the same as the one used in the 2021 Redmi 10.

This is reinforced by the benchmark scores, both single-core and multi-core, which are similar, as quoted from GSM Arena, Tuesday (8/2/2022).

The phone is still running Android 11, but keep in mind that Geekbench doesn't record the MIUI version used. Whereas MIUI 13 is currently available in versions of Android 11 or 12.

Likewise with the RAM capacity, which uses 4GB of RAM, the same as the RAM capacity in the 2021 Redmi 10 output. Then what about the battery capacity?

It seems that the battery capacity will be the same, which is 4,900 mAh, although the EU certification page shows that this phone is equipped with a 22.5W charger, while the Redmi 10 can only receive a maximum power of 18W.

Don't be happy just yet, it is possible that Redmi 10 (2022) can only receive a maximum power of 18W, but Xiaomi provides a charger with a greater power. The same thing is commonly done by Xiaomi in its 2021 product line.

Apart from Redmi 10 (2022), Xiaomi is also said to be preparing the Redmi 10A, which also appeared on the Geekbench page. From the page it can be seen that the Redmi 10A will be equipped with a lower MediaTek processor, namely the Helio G25.
