Apple Shares USD 200,000 Bonus For Employees To Be More At Home

Apple again gave bonuses to some of its best employees such as hardware and software engineers. The value is even greater than before, namely USD 200,000.

In December, Apple has given bonuses ranging from USD 50-180 thousand for engineers, programmers to retail employees. This bonus offer is made as Apple's effort to keep its best employees from leaving Apple.

Reported by Macrumor, according to a report from Bloomberg, the bonus times will be received by fewer employees than the previous bonus round.

Just like before, this bonus does not come in cash but as a limited unit of stock that is awarded for four years.

This means that in order for these employees to truly benefit from the bonus, they must stay with the company and not take a job at another company if they want to cash in on it.

These bonuses are also reportedly not part of the regular compensation package that Apple pays to its employees, meaning additional bonuses that are meant to be incentives.

Apple has provided bonuses to encourage employee retention and prevent other companies such as Meta from 'hijacking' Apple's best employees.
