However, Kominfo may terminate access if there is a request from the Ministry of Trade (Kemendag), the Financial Services Authority (OJK) or the Police.
"No one has access yet. We are ready to terminate access if there is a request from the Ministry of Trade, OJK, or the Police," said Dedy to us, Friday (11/3/2022).
Dedy explained that in order to terminate access or block content on the internet, Kominfo must obtain a request from the competent ministry or institution, in this case the Ministry of Trade and the OJK.
"Kominfo is also ready to support the legal process carried out by the police and is ready to assist in preparing technical information," he explained.
