The latest iPhone SE was officially released at the Apple Event which was held online on Wednesday morning (9/3/2022). The performance is promised to be super fast but at an affordable price, making it the cheapest 5G phone that Apple has presented.

The design is still the same as the second generation iPhone SE. It has a 4.7-inch Retina display with a resolution of 750 x 1,334 pixels.

Apple protects its screen with the same glass as the iPhone 13. Likewise on the back. So that it promises better durability, especially since this phone has IP67 certification which means it is water and dust resistant.

The iPhone SE 2022 is powered by the Apple A15 Bionic chipset as installed in the iPhone 13 series. Not only does it promise faster CPU and GPU performance than its predecessor, it has a longer battery life and this phone supports 5G connections.

Apple pinned a 12 MP camera on the back and 7 MP on the front. Promising great shots when capturing moments thanks to the Deep Fusion and Smart HDR 4 features.

The bottom of the screen still has the Home button. There, Apple also installed a Touch ID sensor, which is faster at scanning fingerprints.

iPhone SE comes in three colors, namely black, white and red. This phone can start to be ordered March 18 with prices starting from USD 429 .

Along with the release of the iPhone SE 2022, Apple also introduced a new color. There's Green on the iPhone 13 and Alphine Green on the iPhone 13 Pro.

Both can be ordered on March 18 with the same price and specifications as the previous variant which was released in September 2021.
