Leaked Forms and Specifications of HP Vivo X Fold Folding Screen

 


Vivo will launch its first folding screen phone, the Vivo X Fold, on April 11. Ahead of its launch, Vivo is showcasing the official rendering of the Vivo X Fold design along with its specifications on their official website.

The official photo of Vivo X Fold shows a folding screen phone with a design that folds into the style of Samsung Galaxy Z Fold. The front screen has punch-holes and slightly curved corners.



At the back is a rectangular camera block, with a round camera module containing four rear cameras and an LED flash.



On the right side of the Vivo X Fold is a button that looks like a slide alert. On the other side are the power and volume buttons. When the phone is opened, you see a folding screen with a punch-hole design.


Vivo has confirmed the key specifications of the Vivo X Fold. This phone will carry an AMOLED E5 panel with 2K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate for the main screen. The Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset will power this folding screen phone.


The hinges carry a floating wing design. Both the main screen and the front screen are both equipped with fingerprint sensors below the screen, as quoted from Gizmochina, Tuesday (29/3/2022).


As for the front screen, Vivo X Fold is rumored to use a 6.53 inch OLED panel with FHD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate.



The rear camera configuration is said to consist of a 50 MP main camera, a 48 MP ultra-wide camera, a 12 MP telephoto camera with 2x optical zoom, and an 8 MP telephoto periscope camera.


Vivo X Fold is predicted to carry a battery with a capacity of 4,600 mAh with fast charging 80W or 120W with wireless charging 50W. This phone may come with a storage configuration of 12GB/256GB and 12GB/512GB. Vivo X Fold is said to be available in blue, red, and orange color options in China.
