After launching the A76 not long ago, Oppo has brought back the most affordable mobile phone in the country. Here are the specifications for the Oppo A55 on the market.
The Oppo A55 offers a stylish design with 3D curved edges that make the device comfortable in one hand. Moreover, with a thinner middle frame and weighs only 193 grams.
This phone comes in two color variants. There is a rainbow blue which gives a gradation from blue to silver and refracts the rainbow color to the back, and Starry Black which looks elegant by featuring a reinforced Oppo Glow design so that it is scratch resistant and free of fingerprints.
The Oppo A55 has a 6.51-inch HD + stretch just right for enjoying streaming videos or playing games. This phone adopts a punch hole in the left corner which makes a screen-to-body ratio of 89.2%.
In the punch hole, Oppo embeds a selfie camera measuring 16 MP. While on the back there is a 50 MP main camera, side by side with a bokeh and macro lens measuring 2 MP.
In order to maximize the camera, Oppo provides a series of photography features. There is Backlight HDR to maintain detailed background photos, Night Mode to adjust exposure in low light environments and Night Plus on the rear camera to allow Oppo A55 to capture photos of even more stunning night scenes.

On the front camera there is an AI Beautification feature to capture selfies while editing them but still displaying natural beauty. Other features in this device include Dazzle Color, Photo Filter, Pano Shot and Fill Light 360° which offer a new way to capture clearer selfies in low-light environments by illuminating the subject of the photo using additional light coming from the screen.
Talking about the kitchen, the Oppo A55 is powered by MediaTek Helio G35 with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage with expansion options with a MicroSD card up to 256GB. To support more day use, Oppo equips the A55 with a 5000mAh battery that has 18W fast charging.

Standby will minimize power consumption by only 1.37% when the user falls asleep and forgets to turn off the device.
Oppo A55 runs the ColorOS 11.1 system which brings an optimization feature called System Booster. The system includes Idle Time Optimizer, Storage Optimizer, and UI First 3.0 which can increase the response rate by 5% and frame rate stability by 6.9%.
Oppo puts Side Fingerprint Unlock which is integrated with the power button. This phone is equipped with IPX4 Splah - Waterproof certification which frees users from worrying when using the device in drizzling situations.
