PUBG Mobile Version 1.9 Released, What's New?

PUBG Mobile Android and iOS versions were updated to version 1.9 last Friday (18/3). In addition to the celebration of PUBG Mobile's 4th anniversary and collaboration with Warframe, there are some new content that can be tested.

After being accompanied by Spider-Man: No Way Home and Jujutsu Kaisen modes in Version 1.8, this time players will be greeted by a new mode that is no less exciting, Vibrant Anniversary.

In this mode, players can participate in celebrating the 4th anniversary of PUBG Mobile by decorating the giant statue on the new Spawn Island with colorful balls.

Vibrant Aerial Battleground

In Vibrant Anniversary mode, players can also feel the excitement of fighting in the air while wearing colorful costumes with the latest Vibrant Aerial Battleground feature.

Similar to the collaboration mode with Arcane in Version 1.7, players can choose to get off the plane to land in a special area before finally playing in the Battle Royale area.

When the player is shot by the enemy, the headgear will enlarge and make the player float in the air. On the other hand, the player's headgear will shrink and the player will land again if shot by a friend.

If eliminated, the player will be eliminated from the Vibrant Aerial Battleground to play in the Battle Royale area. This feature is only available in the first 5 minutes of each match, so don't miss it!

Classic Mode Adjustment

The Recall Tower and Supply Shop features in classic mode are now getting the latest adjustments.

The Recall Tower that was present in Version 1.8 will be back in Version 1.9, so that fallen players can be resurrected by their teammates and return to the game.

The Supply Shop is also back in Version 1.9 with a number of adjustments. The Supply Shop locations have now been expanded to make it easier for players who want to shop, but some items such as AWM and Ghillie Suits are not available. Instead, a number of new items have now been added to the Shop, one of which is the Flare Gun.

This adjustment is available in Classic mode Erangel (Unranked), Livik (Unranked), Aftermath (Unranked), Erangel - Vibrant Anniversary (Ranked), and Livik - Vibrant Anniversary (Ranked).

New mode, Royale Arena: Assault

Starting April 7, 2022, players can try the fun of playing 4v4 in random areas of the Erangel and Livik maps through the new Arena mode, Royale Arena: Assault. Reach the target of elimination points to win the game!

To play this mode, select Mode Selection > Arena > Royale Arena: Assault.

New vehicle: Mountain Bike

In this update, PUBG Mobile brings a new vehicle, namely a mountain bike with bright colors in the style of Vibrant Anniversary. Find these bikes in the game folder to keep in your bag, then take them out of your bag any time to use them to explore the game map.

Although it can only be ridden by 1 person, this mountain bike is very practical because it does not use an engine, so it does not require fuel and does not produce engine noise. Not only that, this vehicle is also indestructible, you know!
