Qlue is holding the Qlue Hackathon 2022 to commemorate its 6th anniversary. Namely to expand innovation and smart city solutions according to the latest market needs.
Through the Qlue Hackathon 2022, the ideas for developing smart city solution technology are very varied by carrying the concepts of smart energy, smart healthcare, smart tourism, to smart infrastructure. A number of designs to the concept of prototype solutions have also been tested and the results are potential enough to be later developed into solutions that have good commercial value.
According to Andre Hutagalung, Cofounder and CTO of Qlue, the solution produced in the 2022 Hackathon continues to improve compared to previous years, because it has good business potential. The most prospective solutions include QlueVosys, a smart governance-based solution in order to create a modern and transparent digitalization of elections.
The general concept in this solution is to minimize the possibility of human error, which allows the voter to vote twice to the potential for miscalculation, thereby reducing the potential for election fraud. In addition, there is also a QlueIvy solution which was developed to encourage people to take care of plants so that the environment becomes greener and healthier.
The way it works is by connecting the detection sensor with a water source so that it allows automatic irrigation when the soil moisture level is in the stage of requiring water supply.
"This Qlue Hackathon 2022 departs from our thoughts that have emerged in recent times. Both QlueVosys and QlueIvy certainly require further development into prototypes so that they can then be mass-produced, but the potential is very interesting," explained Andre in a statement received by us.
Entering its 6th year, Qlue will also continue to improve the company's performance through business expansion and technology intensification to strengthen business performance. Qlue's existence globally as a provider of smart city ecosystems is also getting stronger thanks to the implementation of the solution in the city of Minamichita, Japan.
In total, Qlue claims to have successfully implemented its solutions in more than 85 cities, including the city of Minamichita. The implementation rate has increased by more than 200% compared to 28 regions in the previous year. Qlue's achievement in 2021 will be a parameter for business development in 2022 to be more aggressive through innovative solutions.
"The business dimension is currently experiencing a shift in trends and many companies are ambitious to strengthen their digital aspects, one of which is with artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things (IoT). Of course this opens new business expansion opportunities for companies and strengthens Qlue's position as a provider of smart city ecosystems. complete in Indonesia," concluded Rama Raditya, founder and CEO of Qlue.
