A strange video posted by Russian state-controlled media RIA Novosti, shows a number of cosmonauts leaving the International Space Station (ISS). This video raises speculation that Russia is deliberately inciting the United States (US).
NASA Watch, a site that reviews news about outer space, tweeted the video saying that the head of the Russian space agency Roscosmos, Dmitry Rogozin, was trying to threaten the ISS program.

"Russian government-controlled RIA Novosti posted a video of Roscosmos on Telegram showing the cosmonauts saying goodbye to Mark Vande Hei (US astronaut) on the ISS, they left, then the Russian segment glided away from the ISS. Rogozin clearly threatens the ISS program," the account wrote. the.
Not without reason, a few weeks ago Rogozin threatened to destroy the US by dropping debris from a malfunctioning ISS by releasing a Russian segment. It's not clear whether Rogozin is threatening to drop the ISS into the atmosphere or just wiping out the Russian part and flying off on his own.
Russia has also announced that it will leave the ISS. Roscosmos has officially stated that it will no longer work with global partners to conduct scientific research on the ISS.
The ISS is currently manned by a crew consisting of Russian, American and German personnel. But the ongoing Russo-Ukrainian conflict has created serious rifts between Russia and Western countries especially with the US.
Not only that, Russia also decided to stop supplying rocket engines to the US. Roscosmos will also discontinue servicing of rocket engines previously delivered to the US. Until now, the US still has 24 machines and Russia intends to leave it because it no longer wants to provide technical assistance to the US.
