There are at least three favorite sports of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. What are these sports? Here's the review. Shhh! You can also do all the sports of the Prophet Muhammad in this era, you know.

horse riding

Equestrian is a sport that is quite a hit in the modern era as it is now. This sport is associated with efforts to maintain balance, coordination between limbs, and emotions.

Furthermore, another benefit of riding is that it reduces stress, while also being able to maintain physical and mental health so that you can live a more productive life. Horses themselves are known as lively, strong and stamina animals.

Run

This sport is a very popular physical sport. In fact, this sport is often said to be a cheap sport. The reason is, it doesn't require a lot of properties.

On the other hand, this sport can also be a material for romantic couples. This is said in the hadith narrated by Ahmad.

Meaning: I ('Aisyah RA) once went out with the Messenger of Allah (SAW) and at that time I was still thin. When we arrived at a place, he said to his companions: "Go first, you guys!" Then he challenged me to run, "Come here! I will race you!" then he competed with me, but in the end I won the race.

On another occasion, I went back out traveling with him, and at that time my body was getting bigger, when we were in a place, the Messenger of Allah again said to his companions: "Go you first!" Then he challenged me to run, "Come here! I will race you!"

Then he competed with me, but in the end he won the race. He said that this was payback for his previous defeat while hitting my shoulder. (HR Ahmad).

Archery

Archery may not be a popular sport, but this sport has entered national and world championships. Quoted from the National Field Archery Association page, archery has many benefits, such as increasing focus, improving social skills, and increasing self-confidence.

Prophet Muhammad SAW also once said the benefits of archery in a hadith narrated by Muslim

لَ allah

Meaning: Rasulullah SAW was on the pulpit saying: "And prepare to face them whatever power you can. Know that strength is archery, know that strength is archery, know that strength is archery!" (HR Muslim).
