If Successful Buying Twitter, Elon Musk Has 3 Tech Giants

If Elon Musk succeeds in buying Twitter, then he will do something rare. The richest man in the world will lead 3 technology giants at once.

As reported, Elon Musk has offered to buy all of Twitter's shares worth USD 43.4 billion. The process is clearly still long and of course there is a possibility that the offer will be rejected.

But if it is done, then Elon Musk will have three technology companies that are currently very impactful in the world. First, of course, the Tesla electric vehicle company, which is selling more and more every day.

Then there's the spacecraft company SpaceX, which has recently gotten even more classy. Besides being trusted by NASA to transport astronauts to the ISS, Starlink is also aggressively launching the Starlink satellite to broadcast the internet from up there.

While Twitter is of course one of the leading social media companies. Many influential figures voice their opinions on this platform with the blue bird logo.

As reported, Elon Musk is offering an acquisition for USD 54.20 or around  per share. With a total company valuation of USD 43.4 billion.

"I invested in Twitter because I believe in its potential to be a platform for free speech worldwide, and I believe free speech is a democratic function that society should have," Musk said in a letter he sent to Twitter.

He also conveyed that this offer to buy 100% shares was also the best and last offer from him. Elon Musk's offer was met with mixed reviews. Prince Alwaleed bin Talal of Saudi Arabia as a Twitter shareholder immediately rejected it.
