Four Glasses of Water at Night

The next four glasses can be consumed at night. But do not immediately gulp four glasses together. You can pay it in installments one glass after sunset before dinner and another glass after.

Well, before doing the Isha prayer, before going to the mosque you can drink one more glass. And after the tarawih prayer you can consume one last glass of water. Consuming enough water will help the body process food to make it easier to digest.
