Huawei released the MateBook D14 and MateBook D15 that use the 11th generation Intel processors. Both are promised a premium design and have high performance.
Both the MateBook D14 and D15 according to Huawei are entry-level devices, but with classy designs, and are considered suitable for young consumers. As the name implies, the D14 uses a 14-inch screen and the D15 uses a 15-inch screen.
The processor used is an 11th generation Intel Core i5 with the Windows 11 operating system. However, it seems that Huawei is not just selling specifications on laptops, because they are equipped with various features that are claimed to increase user productivity.
These features include the Huawei Control Panel, Huawei MateBook D14 and D15 that can take screenshots easily which allows converting photos into text, users can directly copy the text contained in the image without having to retype and change the document format manually.
There is also a feature to record the screen without additional applications, this feature is very useful, especially in recording meeting activities or online learning. Then, through the AI Search feature which is useful for finding documents quickly and efficiently where this search feature will automatically sort the file types, from documents, images, videos, folders and others.
Likewise, seamless multi-device support, especially when paired with the Huawei MatePad which was released at the same time. When connected, the Huawei MatePad tablet will function as an external drive on the Huawei MateBook D14 and D15 displays, allowing fast and easy file transfer and management between devices via drag-and-drop, or copy-paste via collaborate mode.
In addition, the PC screen can also be replicated to the tablet screen so that whatever commands are performed on the Huawei MatePad can be displayed in real-time on the PC, through mirror mode. Finally, to turn the tablet into an external monitor on a PC, to increase productivity with more layered displays, users can enable extend mode.
In the future, Huawei will also expand Super Device functionality support to previous PC models, provided that users have upgraded Huawei PC Manager to the latest version. In addition, in the near future, Huawei plans to continue to add Super Device support to more devices, so that it can continue to improve the user experience, both for work and play.
