Being the richest person in the world doesn't mean Elon Musk is free from negative feelings. The SpaceX and Tesla boss admits that there are times when he feels lonely.
In an interview with Mathias Döpfner CEO of Axel Springer he shared his feelings. According to him, feeling lonely is normal for anyone in this world.
"I'm sure there are times when everyone feels lonely. But that's common," he said.
"Let's say if I'm working on a space rocket and I'm just sitting in my own little house, especially if my dog isn't with me, then I feel a little lonely because I'm alone in a small house without a dog (accompanied)," Musk continued.
Elon Musk reportedly lives in a rented house measuring 375 square meters with a price range of USD 50 thousand or around IDR 717 million more. The house is in the Texas area.
"The only house I own is an event house in the Bay Area," Musk tweeted last year.
"If I sell it, the house will be rarely used unless it is bought by a large family, which will probably happen one day."
In addition, Musk's ex-lover, Grimes, shared his experience of spending the day with Musk. In a recent interview with Vanity Fair, Grimes said that Musk 'lives below the poverty line'.
