The Right Way to Prevent Dehydration During Fasting

 


Choosing exactly what we consume at dawn can actually determine the smoothness of our activities as long as we fast for a full day, you know.


I never agree with the notion of eating or drinking as much as possible at dawn until full so as not to limp during fasting. In fact, limp or not actually depends on the selection of the right food and drink intake.


I have proven this. One time I woke up late and only had time to eat breakfast. I only ate 2 fried fruits, 1 piece of chocolate cake and 2 glasses of sweet tea. The result? The selection of the right menu at sahur actually determines the amount of energy I get to be able to fast all day while still carrying out activities. Many people think that only food needs to be considered at dawn, but it turns out that the fluids that enter are no less important. What I've been drinking at dawn turned out to be a diuretic drink.
