In terms of specifications, the Xiaomi 12 Pro adopts a triple camera solution. The composition consists of a 50MP main camera, a 50MP super wide-angle camera, and a 50MP portrait camera.
The main camera uses the world's first Sony IMX 707. It is claimed that the light-absorbing ability is increased by 49%, and it is also equipped with a 7P lens. The camera system also supports optical image stabilization or OIS.
The two remaining cameras use the Samsung JN1 sensor, where the portrait camera adopts a 5P lens, and a 6P ultra-wide.
In addition to hardware, the Xiaomi 12 Pro camera gets an improved software algorithm. The device supports the CyberFocus tracking system, which can automatically identify human bodies, faces, even cats and dogs.
The camera learns the characteristics of the subject and tracks focus. This increases the chances of a successful shot.
