The secret of Malaika Arurora's appearance that always looks fresh and fit is her diet. Malaika follows a vegetarian diet, where she always eats simple homemade foods, and avoids all fast food, including fried or high-calorie foods.


He also sticks to his meal times, and avoids eating snacks at night. Here is Malaika Aora's diet:


Breakfast: detox water consisting of lemon and honey.

Lunch: simple Indian home cooked food such as dal, chapati and sabzi and rice.

Dinner before 19:00: light dishes, such as soup and vegetables.

2. Vidyut Jammwal


Vidyut Jammwal's way of dieting does not follow what is usually taught by fitness experts, where he has to consume lots of animal protein and supplements.

Breakfast: a serving of parathas with a glass of milk, fruit and nuts.

Breakfast: oatmeal, with low-fat probiotic yogurt or almond milk, 1/2 grated apple and 2 chopped dates

Snack in the morning: any fruit

Lunch: 1 cup raw vegetable salad with 1/3 cup yogurt, 1 cup cooked vegetables and 100g chicken

Snack before and after exercise: 1 banana

Dinner: homemade vegetable soup, 1/2 cup cooked vegetables, 100 g chicken or fish

Evening snack: 3 egg whites, with 1/4 cup sautéed mushrooms, spinach, and bell peppers
