Acer Introduces Chromebook Spin 514 Powered By AMD Ryzen 5000 C Processing Chip

Acer is seen as one of the emerging technology companies with a relatively deep focus on the production of Chromebook devices that have become increasingly popular in recent times, as a replacement for devices that can be used for home learning purposes.

The Acer Chromebook Spin 514 is the latest Acer Chromebook device, equipped with a 14 -inch IPS screen display with Full HD resolution that also comes with touch functionality. More interestingly, this screen display uses Corning Gorilla Glass which to some extent helps in ensuring that the touch on the display does not cause scratch issues on the screen.

The frame of this Chromebook Spin 514 is made of aluminum and passes the MIL-STD 810H standard which ensures it is durable and not easily damaged in the event of an accidental light shock,

With a name like the Chromebook Spin 514, the display hinge of this device can be rotated 360 degrees to allow it to be used like a tablet, quite useful especially for those who use this device like a drawing canvas.

In terms of components, this Chromebook Spin 514 is powered by an AMD Ryzen 5000 C processing chip developed specifically for Chromebook devices like this and says that apart from good performance, it comes with a battery life of 10 hours.

Acer has already started selling the Acer Chromebook Spin 514 in selected markets such as the United States and European chains at a starting price of $ 579.99 and 749 Euros. For now it is unknown when it will start selling in the local market.
