The Acer Swift series of laptops is arguably among the thin and lightweight laptops that are quite popular in the market. Recently, at the recent Acer Global Press Conference, they introduced the first Acer Swift model with an OLED screen display, the Acer Swift 3 OLED.
Starting with the screen display, the Acer Swift 3 OLED comes with a 14-inch OLED display with WQXGA+(2.8k) resolution with a display-to-frame ratio of 92 percent and has a brightness value of 500 nit which also gives it support for True Black 500 DisplayHDR display technology.
The laptop is powered by an Intel Alder Lake-H CPU with 16GB of DDR5 memory and PCIe4 SSD storage. in terms of GPU, the Acer Swift 3 OLED is seen using an Intel Iris Xe graphics processing chip built into the CPU component.
The focus of this year’s GPC event is seen more on the use of recycled materials, and with the Acer Swift 3 OLED, this laptop comes with an OceanGlass touch pad developed with recycled materials collected from the sea.
With the use of Intel Alder Lake processing chip, Acer Swift 3 OLED is also seen to come with a number of all -new technologies such as Thunderbolt 4 fast data transmission technology, fast WiFi 6E support and MIPI webcam camera that uses Acer Temporal Noise Reduction (TNR) which improves video quality. streaming.
In terms of battery life, Acer says that the Swift 3 OLED can be used for 10 hours directly with a full charge.
Acer says that the Acer Swift 3 OLED will be offered in selected markets such as America and EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Asia) in July.
