Google Translate to this day remains my favorite translation app and service. The way Google can read text and see pictures and translate the original text into a language I understand quickly is so fascinating.
Sometimes direct translation still requires me to open a dictionary for reference, but sometimes a given translation can already be used. The app also received a new Material You interface update, and now they come with other new features that may make it even easier for users.
Google Translate can now save and back up the history of translations done directly in your Google account. I checked the list of translations available on the Galaxy S22 Ultra, now available on the Vivo X80 Pro I’m currently using. Translations from 2020 are still preserved.
By being able to access this translation history, it allows users to reference or review what is necessary more easily. But if you’re not interested, the collected data can just be deleted in Google Activities.
