Huawei To Launch Their Own Object Tracker - Apple AirTags Alternative

 Samsung and Apple have each launched their own object trackers with mixed response. In the case of the Apple AirTag it caused controversy after it was used for the purpose of robbery as well as surveillance. This does not stop Huawei from launching their own object tracker, the Huawei Tag.

Huawei Tag appeared in the SIG bluetooth database recently. Typically a new device will appear in this database shortly before the device is marketed. With its launch sure to happen in the near future, Huawei now has its own object tracker in the HarmonyOS ecosystem.

November last year Huawei filed a trademark for the Huawei S-Tag but after that no information about it appeared to the web arena. Its design is also still a mystery to this day.
