Matter is the latest standard created specifically for connected devices. With these standards, smart devices like lights, bulbs, smart doors and more are easily connected to Apple, Google, Amazon, Xiaomi products and more.
Ikea also has its own ecosystem such as lights, shutters and so on. Most recently they have come up with DIREGERA a Matter hub to control this smart device.
According to Ikea with Dirigera which uses Matter, their smart products will be easier to connect and use in conjunction with their other items like TRÃ…DFRI. Ikea also comes with the all-new Ikea Home app for the purpose of controlling these devices.
For now, this hub is not for sale yet. It is also uncertain if this hub will be sold in a wide market, including in Malaysia. Together we look forward.
