Insta360 releases an action camera with 360 -degree recording capability. Yesterday they launched their latest Insta360 Sphere camera which was for the first time designed specifically for use by Mavic Air 2 and 2S drones.
The camera is mounted directly on the body of the drone without the drone's built -in camera being removed or obstructed. The pole is specially designed to ensure it does not obstruct the GPS antenna placed on top of the drone. To prevent damage to the camera lens, a protector is also included with every purchase.
It can record 360 -degree video at 5.7K settings with the ability to do continuous video recording of up to 48 minutes. Static picture recording can also be done if needed. The 1050 mAh battery can be recharged in 100 minutes.
The FlowState image stabilization system with 6 -axis gyroscope ensures that captured video has no vibration problems. Insta360 Sphere is priced at $ 430 (~ RM1888) apiece.
