Qualcomm is currently scheduling a special event this Friday, which is May 20, 2022. The event is scheduled by Qualcomm China, and is expected to introduce several new processing chips from Qualcomm.
According to rumors, Qualcomm is expected to introduce the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 Plus chip at the event, in addition to the Snapdragon 7 Gen 1. This new generation chip may be released by TSMC-in addition to offering a number of improvements over before.
With the launch in China, we may see some manufacturers from that country be among the first to use this latest chip.
