Vivo X80 Pro is officially announced globally. This HP successor to Vivo X70 Pro brings very powerful specifications at a price similar to the iPhone 13
Vivo has paired a 6.78-inch Quad HD+ curved edge display with 10bit support, MEMC and has a touch sampling rate of 300Hz. The panel uses an E5 AMOLED LTPO so it offers a refresh rate of 1-120Hz.
Vivo X80 Pro is supported by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset with Adreno 730 GPU. Embedded in it are 12 GB LPDDR5 RAM and 256 GB UFS 3.1 internal memory.
The camera is still a mainstay on this cellphone. Vivo paired the 50 MP camera with the Samsung GNV sensor, making it the first to use it.
Then there is a 48 MP ultra-wide camera, a 12 MP portrait lens and an 8 MP periscope that promises 5x optical zoom. All cameras are equipped with a T* coating and optics from ZEISS, as well as glass lenses to reduce dispersion.
This cellphone is equipped with the Zeiss Cinematic video blur feature. Not to mention Vivo's in-house V1+ chip, offering better low-light shooting in environments with lower brightness than 1Lux.
The selfie camera is 32 MP.
Vivo X80 Pro already pocketed IP68 so it is safe to take it on adventures. Supporting mobility, there is a 4,700 mAh battery with 80W fast charging using a cable or 50W wirelessly.
This cellphone is available in the Cosmic Black color variant and is already on sale in Malaysia. The price of the Vivo X80 Pro is 4,999 ringgit.
There is no information when it will be available in the market. Let's just wait for the presence of this phone in the country.
