WhatsApp is currently testing a paid subscription plan for WhatsApp Business users. Among the key features available in this plan is, the same number can be used on 10 different devices.
The details of this subscription plan were unclear, until recently revealed by WABetaInfo.
As everyone knows, WhatsApp has a special link wa.me/<your business name> for enterprise users to share business numbers and names more easily. Later this feature will be part of the WhatsApp Premium feature.
Users can continue to search for the name that still exists to claim their business name as if searching for a username or domain name when registering an account or website.
This WhatsApp Premium plan is limited to WhatsApp Business users. Not sure what will happen to the wa.me/<your business name> link that already exists now, whether it will remain or will be deleted and the owner will need to regenerate this URL.
When this feature will be introduced, is still uncertain. But maybe in the near future. Together we look forward.
