In recent times, one of the things that people often complain about is the sharp increase in fares for excursion services. Some say it has increased by up to 400%, and the ministry itself has begun a review related to it.
Touching on it, now AirAsia Ride says they are committed in ensuring fares are affordable for drivers and passengers.
AirAsia Ride saw high demand among consumers. Regardless, AirAsia Ride promises not to penalize consumers for paying double, instead ensuring fares are affordable.
In addition to consumers, AirAsia Ride also said the fares were also affordable and could accommodate additional time in traffic for drivers during peak hours.
Today, AirAsia Ride has around 30,000 drivers on the platform.
In line with this partnership, AirAsia Ride will offer a RM5 discount for the first 10km for travel using the AirAsia Ridee application on 2 June 2022 throughout Malaysia.
