Apple Puts Apple Watch With Camera On Digital Crown

Already many times we with Apple are trying to integrate the camera on the Apple Watch. Among them is a built -in camera on the watch strap and there is also a camera under the screen with Touch ID. But it’s still not a reality, other than a third -party accessory by Wristcam.

The latest patent that Apple has registered, shows the Apple Watch with a camera built into their rotating control knob, the Digital Crown. The way of use is, the user just needs to point the Digital Crown towards the subject.

The patent also shows the Apple Watch being easier to remove directly from the watch strap for easier use. Another way is to open the Apple Watch directly from the hand with an easier method.

Using the camera on this Apple Watch will also include an indication on the control knob to let you know the camera is being actively used. The camera also focuses on the use of taking pictures and videos, but isn’t sure if it’s for casual like sharing to social media or for scanning something.

For now, this is just a registered idea so that no other brand uses the same concept. Not sure if it will be a reality or will be buried in the patent archives. Do you want to use an Apple Watch that has a camera?
