Canon EOS R7 And EOS R10 Now In Malaysia At A Starting Price Of RM3969

Canon has launched two of their mirrorless cameras in Malaysia, the Canon EOS R10 and Canon EOS R7, which target photography enthusiasts as well as online video producers. Both are the first R series cameras to be offered with APS-C sensors. Both cameras were previously launched by Canon at the end of last May.

The Canon EOS R10 is a mirrorless camera with a 24.2 MP ASP-C sensor that supports RF mount lenses. This is matched to a DIGIX image processing chip that allows picture recording of up to 23 FPS using a digital shutter or 17 FPS using a mechanical shutter. Video at 4K 30FPS settings can be recorded indefinitely but without RAW or C-Log support.

An OLED viewfinder with 2.36 million dots matched to a 3 ″ TFT LCD screen that can be rotated forward for easier self -video recording. There is also an HDMI output as well as an input for a microphone for better audio recording. The Canon EOS R10 is priced at RM3969 for the body only.

The Canon EOS R7 is a mirrorless camera with a 32.5 MP ASP-C sensor that supports RF mount lenses as well as a 5-axis IBIS stabilization system. This is matched to a DIGIX image processing chip that allows picture recording of up to 30 FPS using a digital shutter or 15 FPS using a mechanical shutter. Video at 4K 60FPS settings can be recorded with C-Log 3 support.

Like the R10, the R7 features an OLED viewfinder with 2.36 million dots matched to a 3 ″ TFT LCD screen that can be rotated forward for easier self -video recording. There is also an HDMI output as well as an input for a microphone. The Canon EOS R7 is priced at RM6199 for the body only.
