Garmin Forerunner 955 Equipped With Solar Panel So That The Battery Lasts Up To 10 Days


The thing we dislike most about smart watches is that they have to be charged every two days. Leceh considering that at home there are various other devices that need to be charged and not enough plugs. The Garmin Forerunner 955 launched today features a built -in solar panel on the watch face that allows it to operate for up to 10 days.



It comes with a 46mm screen with touch support. The solar panel on the clock face recharges the device slowly and therefore it cannot be a clock that works forever without the need to be charged. There are a variety of standard tracking and health features that are synonymous with Garmin watches.



With the latest GPS systems, more accurate location tracking can be done even if the user is in an area that typically poses issues to regular GPS. Outside of the health system, the Forerunner 955 supports music downloads from Spotify, Garmin Pay, notifications from the phone and a virtual trainer straight from the clock. The Garmin Forerunner 955 retails for $ 500 (~ RM2191) for the basic version and $ 600 (~ RM2629) for the version with solar charging.
