Hit Again, Bill Gates Accused Of Being The Mastermind Of Monkey Pox

The more famous and successful a person is, the risk of becoming public talk also increases. But the problem is, it's not only good things that netizens like to talk about, sometimes there are also slander and accusations in hearsay.

After being accused of being the mastermind behind COVID-19, Microsoft Founder Bill Gates was slandered by netizens for causing monkeypox. Monkeypox is currently a mysterious disease that appears in a number of countries.

Dr David Heymann, an epidemiologist and public health expert in London, said the spread of monkeypox in the developed world was a 'random event' that appeared to be the result of intimate contact between people who attended two recent major events.

In Europe, the Associated Press reported on May 23 that human-to-human transmission of monkeypox occurs through contact with skin lesions, body fluids, clothing and contaminated bedding. Monkeypox can also be transmitted if there is close contact of the droplets. In the United States, confirmed cases usually involve people who have recently traveled abroad.

Arguably, so far, there is no evidence to support the claim that Gates was behind the disease.

Bill Gates is often the target of conspiracy theories, one of the most famous of which is the 'microchip in vaccines'. Gates has spoken out several times, denying the accusations. He also admitted that the conspiracy theory was a stupid thing that could only make things worse.
