Elon Musk's son has appealed to the Los Angeles County Superior Court to change his name as well as his gender. Now, the court has decided to grant it.
As quoted by us from USA Today, Friday (24/6/2022) Judge Rafael Ongkeko has approved the legality application submitted by Xavier Alexander Musk who wants to change his name to Vivian Jenna Wilson and his gender to female. No one raised an objection to the request for change, so the judge knocked on the hammer as a sign of approval.
Wilson made the request on April 18. Previously, he changed his name apparently because he did not like his father although the reason was not stated.
"I no longer live with or want to be related to my biological father in any way or form," Musk's son wrote.
Along with the issuance of the decision, the court will request that a new birth certificate be issued, reflecting the change in Vivian's name and gender.
The new last name of Elon Musk's child is Wilson, taken from the name of his biological mother, Justine Wilson, the first wife who divorced Elon in 2008.
Some netizens also questioned what caused the child to be so displeased with Elon Musk. Moreover, Elon Musk is the richest person in the world and a very famous technology frontman.
"Elon Musk may be so intolerable that his son will break up with him and possibly leave a billion dollar legacy. The richest man on Earth and his son don't want to be close to him," wrote an online commentary.
Just a few days ago Elon expressed his love for his children. "I love all my kids so much," Elon Musk wrote on Twitter. In total, Elon Musk's children are 7 children including Xavier, eh Vivian.
