The Messenger app from Meta is for Facebook users to chat. It also supports many features like creating a room for video calls, in the chat room can play mini games, use for SMS can also and much more.
Recently, Meta has updated Messenger by adding an audio call tab to the app.
With this call tab, it will list all audio calls and video calls once together. Whether it is an incoming, outgoing or missed call the user can see in this tab only.
According to Meta, audio and video call usage has increased by up to 40% since 2020 with around 300 million calls made daily.
This update will be distributed to iOS users as well as Android users. In my testing, the beta version still does not include this update anymore. It may be distributed in stages to all users in the near future.
