Last October, Facebook changed their company name to Meta. Following on from that, now they also share that the company will be traded on the Nasdaq exchange under the META symbol starting June 9, 2022.
This will replace the use of the FB symbol used by Facebook since 2012.
With this move, it’s another step forward in the full branding of their company as Meta Platforms.
Under Meta Platforms, there are now Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp, Oculus and a few others - including a metamesta -focused one called Reality Labs.
