Microsoft Celebrates 32nd Anniversary For Solitaire

Microsoft Solitaire is one of the most popular games in the world, and is one of the games that were actively played on computers in the past.

Today, Microsoft celebrates the 32nd anniversary of the game. It was first included with Windows 3.0 in the 1990s.

For the record, this game was developed by one of the trainees or interns at Microsoft at the time, namely Wes Cherry.

The game was included in allowing people to learn to use the mouse, and interact with the GUI-shaped interface at the time-including training uses such as click, drag-drop, and various other mouse-related things.

Since its launch, Microsoft has shared that Solitaire is one of the most active Windows programs used by users - including having an impact on productivity in the past, where office workers played it during work hours.

The last time Microsoft shared was last 2020, saying the Solitaire game still had over 35 million monthly active players at the time.
