Most real smart watches like Galaxy Watch, Apple Watch or TicWatch will have a battery life of around 1-2 days only. The Apple Watch Series 7 can last almost two days, the Galaxy Watch4 before Google Assistant is also more or less the same and the TicWatch Pro 3/Pro 3 Ultra is the only Wear OS watch we have ever tested to last around 3-4 days.
The new Wear OS watch that will be launched soon is from Google itself, namely the Pixel Watch. It will run Wear OS 3.x, have the new Play Store and Google Assistant and support USB-C charging similar to the Apple Watch Series 7.
The Pixel Watch’s battery is reported to have a capacity of under 300mAh, and the durability is said to last just one day. These data were obtained through internal testing, which is not sure whether this is for extreme use or overall durability.
The Pixel Watch is also said to not have fast enough charging. It will probably take around 110 minutes which is almost two hours. There may be changes before the launch, but the Pixel Watch so far offers no unique features or functionality. The chip is obsolete and what is unique and interesting is only in the design.
