The Garmin Forerunner series is a series created specifically for sports. Recently, it has been updated with new offerings through the introduction of Forerunner 255. In terms of functionality, the Forerunner 255 series is equipped with a number of built -in health monitoring sensors such as heart rate, sleep patterns, daily stress levels, women’s health tracking and more.
