Acer Malaysia today opened a roadshow event at Sunway Pyramid and has introduced a number of new series of products under the Acer and Predator brands that were first shown and sold at the event.
Acer Malaysia has introduced their latest Predator Helios 300 powered gaming laptop, which comes with the latest component updates, including an Intel Alder Lake CPU as well as a powerful class graphics card from NVIDIA.
The latest Predator Helios 300 comes with a 15.6-inch IPS screen display with QHD resolution (2560 × 1440) with a refresh rate of 165Hz and also the ability to display 100 percent of the DCI-P3 color gamut.
It is powered by an Intel Core i7-12800H CPU, 16GB and 32GB memory options depending on the model as well as 1TB and 2TB PCIe 4.0 SSD storage options. For graphics options, the Helios 300 is powered by NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Ti and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 graphics cards.
The laptop also comes with support for new technologies such as Thunderbolt 4, WiFi 6E and uses a 5th generation Aeroblade 3D cooling system that promises optimum temperatures when these components are used to run modern games at high resolutions and settings.
Acer Malaysia says that the Predator Helios 300 laptop has already started selling in the local market at the following prices:
Predator Helios 300 (8GB memory, 1TB storage, RTX 3060) - RM7999
Predator Helios 300 (8GB memory, 1TB storage, RTX 3070) - RM8999
Predator Helios 300 (16GB memory, 2TB storage, RTX 3070 Ti) - RM9799
Predator Helios 300 (16GB memory, 2TB storage, RTX 3080) - RM11,799
All these laptop models will also come with a discount of RM300 when purchased during the Acer Malaysia roadshow at Sunway Pyramid from June 29 to July 3, 2022.
