Asus ROG has just launched their latest gaming devices namely ROG Phone 6 and ROG Phone 6 Pro. It is powered by a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chip with a new cooling system, as well as supporting a new accessory ecosystem such as a cooling fan with control buttons for first play.
ROG also has several audio products such as ROG Delta and ROG Cetra. Their other latest audio product is the Asus ROG Centra Pro TWS. This true wireless earphone set comes with a 10mm audio drive as well as supports the aptX Lossless codec with 24-bit audio.
What’s interesting with this TWS is, the handle on the earphones can be connected with a USB-C wire that has a built-in ESS 9280 Quad DAC audio chip. Indirectly transform this TWS into a set of wired earphones with DAC support.
The Asus ROG promises the best match if used in conjunction with the ROG Phone 6 and ROG Phone 6 Pro, where it can wirelessly have a low time lag of up to 45ms and has a better response with a USB-C connection. The battery is said to last up to 28 hours for continuous use and supports fast charging via the provided charger pod.
The sale price has yet to be announced, but it will launch around next September or October.
