While Apple Music has better audio streaming quality by only offering one subscription price for streaming on a variety of formats including wireless audio, Spotify is still the most popular streaming platform with more users.
This is because Spotify has a more user -friendly interface and has a larger audio library of various artists. Bad news for the majority of Android users, Spotify most likely cannot be opened on your device and Spotify itself still has not found the cause and way to fix it.
If you already have the Spotify app on your Android device and are already signed in, NEVER sign out to continue using it. This is because if you log out and log back in, the Spotify app will remain stuck to the logo during the loading process.
This problem is seen to occur on devices such as Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 4G, Galaxy A50, OnePlus 8 Pro, Galaxy S21+, Redmi Note 9, Xiaomi 11 and many other Android devices. The majority are seen to be impressed on Samsung device users.
Spotify recommends users to remove and reinstall or clear memory and cache. But this method is still not helpful to anyone for now. Spotify on iOS is seen still running as usual. At office, three Spotify users were not seen experiencing this problem either.
