GIGABYTE is a brand that is no stranger when it comes to desktop computers, laptops, gaming components and accessories. They are also seen entering the computer screen display market with some pretty attractive offerings.
Recently, the Taiwanese technology company has introduced their latest and largest screen display, the GIGABYTE S55U, a giant 54.6-inch gaming screen display that comes with 4K resolution and also a 120Hz refresh rate that uses a VA panel with anti-glare surface.
The display has a 178 degree viewing angle that promises accurate color processing no matter your angle of view and comes with support for AMD FreeSync Premium which promises graphics processing without screen tearing issues when you connect your powered computer to this display.
With HDMI 2.1 support, you can also connect new generation gaming consoles such as Sony PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X on this display and take advantage of graphics processing at 4K120 resolution without any problems.
If you want to build a home theater, this display also comes with support for an HDMI 2.1 eARC plug and has a television controller accessory that can be used to control the various functions of this screen device, as if it were a television.
More interestingly, this screen display also has a built-in Android and Play Store operating system, which makes this screen display like a smart television where you can download applications such as Netflix and so on and enjoy media content directly from this display.
The GIGABYTE S55U display is reportedly already offered in selected markets. For now, it is not yet known if this giant gaming display will be offered in the Malaysian market or not.
